Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms to increase sales and meet targets
Acquire new brokers or partners to grow the business
Help create and execute strategies for partnership distribution channels
Conduct market research and analysis for product development
Create and deliver training materials and market updates
Serve as the primary point of contact for broker inquiries, product training and sales support
Educate brokers on underwriting guidelines, Financial Need Analysis and New Business submission processes
Assist with the direct channel business and any tasks assigned by the People Leader
To succeed in this job
Bachelor's Degree or above
Must have passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 or relevant qualifications
Preferably 3 years of experience in the broker channel of life insurance sector
Strong customer-centric mindset and network with brokers
Excellent presentation and training abilities
Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Proficient in computer skills, including Chinese word processing
Candidate with less experience will be considered as lower grade
