Provide sales and administrative support (including sales & regulatory reports, broker events, sales campaigns)
Manage end-to-end broker onboarding process
Handle broker enquires & support business development manager
Monitor and evaluate sales activities, track sales performance, and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports
Develop training materials, conduct market research, product analysis and product review
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, underwriting, claims, policy administration) to support sales initiatives
Manage internal projects / ad-hoc tasks as assigned
To succeed in this job
Bachelor Degree or above
Must have passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 or relevant qualifications
At least 5 years' experience in sales support or brokerage management in the insurance sector
Strong customer-centric mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Good analytical skills
Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint), including Chinese word processing
Fluent in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin is an advantage
Less experienced candidates may be considered as Assistant Manager
