  • Develop and implement brand strategies and plans to enhance the brand presence in the market.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital content, marketing campaigns, events, loyalty program and digital advertising to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Efficiently manage social media accounts, including campaign execution, responding to inquiries, and providing client insights to continuously improve brand interactions and content strategies.
  • Manage external agencies/vendors for media, production, PR, digital, and events.
  • On-going business analysis and monitoring of KPIs performance, competitor activities and market trends.
  • Manage ad hoc projects and brand activities.
To succeed in this job
  • Degree holder of Arts, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, content strategy and customer experience with proven track record.
  • Familiar with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Douyin/TikTok, and ad boosting for the respective ad channels.
  • Resourceful, Hands-on experience leading creative ideation, able to work independently and under pressure, and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Possess excellent proficiency in both Cantonese and English.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager.
