Your Job
  • Plan, maintain, and optimize the performance of digital platforms
  • Design and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, Google Ads, affiliate partnerships, etc
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends, benchmarks and best practices; and prepare case studies and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Design and monitor analytics reports to provide insights and identify business growth areas for digital platforms through data analysis
  • Formulate strategies and recommendations to achieve business objectives and enhance performance
  • Manage agencies and digital media channels to ensure the timely execution of digital advertising initiatives
To succeed in this job
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/digital acquisition; agency experience preferred
  • In-depth understanding of digital media trends and best practices across the digital and media sectors
  • Proven track record in multi-channel optimisation (e.g. PPC, social media, affiliate, SEO, etc)
  • Proficient in GA4, data visualization tools, and other business intelligence software with strong numerical and analytical sense
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
