  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to build brand presence.
  • Manage social media, blogs, and digital platforms to drive audience engagement and tell compelling brand stories.
  • Implement SEO, GEO, and paid media strategies to increase search visibility and generate qualified traffic.
  • Manage and expand the membership/loyalty program by delivering personalized customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure all creative work is high-quality, on-time, and on-brand.
  • Monitor KPIs across all customer touchpoints to measure campaign success and identify areas for brand improvement.
  • Track industry trends and conduct media analysis to spot new marketing opportunities.
  • Provide ad hoc support as needed.
To succeed in this job
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, branding, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven track record in content creation, social media management, and brand storytelling.
  • Strong branding sense, creativity, and a deep understanding of how to engage audiences.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, agencies, and deadlines.
  • Experience with AI tools for content, insights, or task automation is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM or loyalty programs is an advantage.
