- Build relationships with brokerage firms to increase sales and meet targets
- Acquire new brokers or partners to grow the business
- Help create and execute strategies for partnership distribution channels
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Create and deliver training materials and market updates
- Improve the efficiency of underwriting processes
- Assist with any projects assigned by the People Leader
To succeed in this job
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Must have passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 or relevant qualifications
- Preferably 5 years of experience in the insurance sector
- Strong customer-centric mindset
- Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in computer skills, including Chinese word processing
- Less experienced candidates may be considered as Assistant Manager
