Build relationships with brokerage firms to increase sales and meet targets
Acquire new brokers or partners to grow the business
Help create and execute strategies for partnership distribution channels
Conduct market research and analysis
Create and deliver training materials and market updates
Improve the efficiency of underwriting processes
Assist with any projects assigned by the People Leader
To succeed in this job
Bachelor Degree or above
Must have passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 or relevant qualifications
Preferably 5 years of experience in the insurance sector
Strong customer-centric mindset
Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin is an advantage
Proficient in computer skills, including Chinese word processing
Less experienced candidates may be considered as Assistant Manager
