Our simple claims process

All it takes are 3 simple steps

  • Step 1 : Know the benefits you can claim and what documents are required

  • Step 2 : Fill out forms collect required documents

    Fill out the forms downloaded in Step 1 and collect the required documents.

  • Step 3 Mail the completed claim forms together with the required documents to us

    Simply submit by mail at 30/F, One Kowloon, 1 Wang Yuen Street, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.

We can provide with you the pre-assessment in just 2 working days.

Even if you do not have all the documents required, or you are not sure whether the reports you got are sufficient for claims, or if you want to know whether your claims are qualified under some hypothetical situations…
