When the beneficiary successfully read the ‘To My Dearest’ message via encrypted link, the message will be automatically deleted after 365 days.

The ‘To My Dearest’ message and the beneficiary’s email address is provided by the policyholder. Blue is not responsible for any dispute, damage, inconvenience or costs incurred due to the ‘To My Dearest’ service.

‘To My Dearest’ message does not have any legal effect. Blue will not make any statement or testimony regarding the ‘To My Dearest’ service and related information.

No third parties have the right to enforce these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance.

Blue reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the ‘To My Dearest’ service and these Terms and Conditions.
7.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Hong Kong laws.
