Blue, the first digital life insurer in Hong Kong, today announced that it will grant complimentary coverage for the Novel Coronavirus (the “Coverage”) in order to provide customers with extra protection against the epidemic.
With immediate effect until 30 June 2020, all customers who own an in-force policy under any of the below WeCare protection plans will be entitled to the Coverage:

WeCare Term Life Protection Plan 1
WeCare Critical Illness Protection Plan 1
WeCare Personal Accident Protection Plan 1
Benefit details HK$10,000 will be paid to the life assured who is diagnosed with Novel Coronavirus within the effective period. Effective period Immediate to 30 June 2020 The Coverage will automatically apply to all existing and new policies under Blue’s “WeCare Term Life Protection Plan 1”, “WeCare Critical Illness Protection Plan 1” and “WeCare Personal Accident Protection Plan 1”. There will be no additional cost and no waiting period required.
