Your Job
  • Provide administrative support to human resources team
  • Maintain employee records and P-file in HR Information System
  • Assist in medical insurance administration, pension administration and leave record
  • Assist in staff onboarding and off-boarding arrangement
  • Provide support for the HR projects
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Support office administration functions (e.g. back up receptionist when needed)
To succeed in this job
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 1-year relevant experience would be preferred (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • Proactive, energetic, well-organized, detail-minded and self-motivated
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
  • Fast learner and able to perform multi-tasks and work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in general PC skills (MS word, Powerpoint, excel and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
