href=\"https:\/\/www.blue.com.hk\/blog\/hk\/author\/blue-health\">Blue\u5065\u5eb7\u9054\u4eba<\/a>\u5c07\u70ba\u4f60\u6df1\u5165\u62c6\u89e3\u516c\u53f8\u91ab\u4fdd\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u4e26\u6559\u4f60\u9078\u64c7\u6700\u9069\u5408\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u96aa\uff0c\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u6709\u66f4\u5168\u9762\u7684\u898f\u5283\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u516c\u53f8\u91ab\u4fdd\u9580\u8a3a\u4fdd\u969c\uff1f\u6253\u5de5\u4ed4\u6700\u6613\u5ffd\u7565\u7684\u7d30\u7bc0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u516c\u53f8\u5718\u9ad4\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u96aa\u4e00\u822c\u5206\u70ba\u300c\u4f4f\u9662\u300d\u53ca\u300c\u9580\u8a3a\u300d2\u5927\u985e\uff1a\u4f4f\u9662\u4e3b\u8981\u4fdd\u969c\u50f1\u54e1\u56e0\u56b4\u91cd\u75be\u75c5\u6216\u610f\u5916\u4e8b\u6545\u9700\u8981\u5165\u4f4f\u91ab\u9662\u6216\u9032\u884c\u624b\u8853\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u9ad8\u984d\u91ab\u7642\u8cbb\u7528\uff1b\u800c\u9580\u8a3a\u5247\u662f\u50f1\u54e1\u65e5\u5e38\u56e0\u50b7\u75c5\u524d\u5f80\u8a3a\u6240\u6c42\u8a3a\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u5831\u92b7\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb\u7bc4\u570d\u901a\u5e38\u5305\u62ec\u666e\u901a\u79d1\u897f\u91ab\u3001\u5c08\u79d1\u897f\u91ab\u3001\u4e2d\u91ab\u9580\u8a3a\u53ca\u7db2\u7d61\u8a3a\u6240\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u5728\u6295\u4fdd\u5718\u9ad4\u91ab\u4fdd\u6642\uff0c\u6703\u53d7\u9810\u7b97\u9650\u5236\u800c\u9078\u64c7\u57fa\u790e\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u8a31\u591a\u6253\u5de5\u4ed4\u5ffd\u7565\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u7d30\u7bc0\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5be6\u969b\u9580\u8a3a\u7684\u6b21\u6578\u9650\u5236\u3001\u55ae\u6b21\u7406\u8ce0\u7684\u4e0a\u9650\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u7259\u79d1\u6216\u7269\u7406\u6cbb\u7642\u7b49\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u516c\u53f8\u91ab\u4fdd\u4fdd\u969c\u984d<\/strong><strong>\u8207<\/strong><strong>\u9580\u8a3a<\/strong><strong>\u4e0a\u9650<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u516c\u53f8\u91ab\u4fdd\u9580\u8a3a\u7406\u8ce0\u4e0a\u9650\u662f\u591a\u5c11\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u8981\u660e\u767d\u4fdd\u96aa\u516c\u53f8\u5982\u4f55\u8a2d\u5b9a\u8ce0\u511f\u984d\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u9580\u8a3a\u4fdd\u969c\u6703\u8a2d\u6709\u96d9\u91cd\u9650\u5236\uff1a\u6bcf\u65e5\u6216\u55ae\u6b21\u8ce0\u511f\u4e0a\u9650\u53ca\u5e74\u5ea6\u7e3d\u4fdd\u969c\u4e0a\u9650\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5ef6\u4f38\u95b1\u8b80\uff1a<a class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7528<\/strong><strong>\u516c\u53f8\u91ab\u7642\u5361\u7747\u91ab\u751f<\/strong><strong>\u6709\u4e0a\u9650\uff1f<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7528\u5718\u9ad4\u9580\u8a3a\u4fdd\u96aa\u770b\u91ab\u751f\u662f\u6709\u4e0a\u9650\u7684\u3002\u90e8\u5206\u516c\u53f8\u91ab\u4fdd\u7684\u6bcf\u6b21\u666e\u901a\u79d1\u9580\u8a3a\u4fdd\u969c\u984d\u6700\u591a\u5831\u92b7HK$300\u81f3HK$450\uff0c\u4f46\u73fe\u6642\u9999\u6e2f\u79c1\u5bb6\u8a3a\u6240\u7684\u666e\u901a\u79d1\u8a3a\u91d1\u843d\u5728HK$400\u81f3HK$600\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u9019\u4ee3\u8868\u6bcf\u6b21\u7528\u91ab\u7642\u5361\u6c42\u8a3a\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u81ea\u4ed8\u984d\u5916\u5dee\u984d\u3002\u82e5\u60f3\u67e5\u8a62\u81ea\u5df1\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u4e0a\u9650\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411HR\u7d22\u53d6\u4fdd\u969c\u8868\uff08Benefit Schedule\uff09\u6216\u767b\u5165\u4fdd\u96aa\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7db2\u7ad9\u67e5\u770b\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u6bcf\u5e74\u7e3d\u770b\u8a3a\u6b21\u6578\u4e0a\u9650\u901a\u5e38\u4ecb\u4e4e20\u6b21\u81f330\u6b21\uff0c\u82e5\u8d85\u904e\u6b64\u4e0a\u9650\u4ea6\u9700\u8981\u81ea\u884c\u4ed8\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5ef6\u4f38\u95b1\u8b80\uff1a<a
