href=\"https:\/\/www.blue.com.hk\/blog\/hk\/category\/financial-tips\/\">Blue\u7406\u8ca1\u9054\u4eba<\/a>\u5c07\u70ba\u4f60\u62c6\u89e3\u60f3\u63d0\u65e9\u9000\u4f11\u7684 FIRE \u7406\u8ca1\u65cf\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u4ee5\u8ca1\u52d9\u81ea\u7531\u8a08\u7b97\u516c\u5f0f\u3001\u300c4% \u539f\u5247\u300d\u3001\u7dca\u6025\u9810\u5099\u91d1\u7b49\u5e6b\u52a9\u898f\u5283\u8ca1\u5bcc\uff0c\u66f4\u6703\u6559\u4f60\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u6ce2\u52d5\u5e02\u5834\u4e2d\u5229\u7528\u5132\u84c4\u5de5\u5177\u964d\u4f4e\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u52a9\u4f60\u7372\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u88ab\u52d5\u6536\u5165\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f FIRE \u7406\u8ca1\u904b\u52d5\uff1f\u9999\u6e2f\u83c1\u82f1\u968e\u5c64\u7684\u65b0\u8da8\u52e2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b64\u904b\u52d5\u63d0\u5021\u7684\u300cFinancial Independence, Retire Early\u300d\uff08\u8ca1\u52d9\u7368\u7acb\uff0c\u63d0\u65e9\u9000\u4f11\uff09\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u8d77\u6e90\u65bc 1992 \u5e74\u7684\u7f8e\u570b\u8457\u4f5c\u300a\u8ddf\u9322\u597d\u597d\u76f8\u8655\u300b\uff08Your Money or Your Life\uff09\u3002\u66f8\u4e2d\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u7576\u88ab\u52d5\u6536\u5165\u53ef\u5b8c\u5168\u8986\u84cb\u65e5\u5e38\u958b\u652f\uff0c\u4fbf\u80fd\u9054\u6210\u500b\u4eba\u8ca1\u52d9\u7368\u7acb\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u601d\u7dad\u5f8c\u4f86\u5728 2010 \u5e74\u4ee3\u96a8\u8457\u6b50\u7f8e\u7406\u8ca1\u793e\u7fa4\u5167\u5ee3\u50b3\uff0c\u9010\u6b65\u6f14\u8b8a\u6210 FIRE \u904b\u52d5\u3002\u50b3\u7d71\u9000\u4f11\u91d1\u898f\u5283\u5927\u591a\u53ea\u4f9d\u8cf4\u653f\u5e9c\u6d25\u8cbc\u6216\u5f37\u7a4d\u91d1\uff0c\u4f46\u55ae\u9760\u9019\u4e9b\u65b9\u6cd5\u7372\u5f97\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u8981\u5728\u6b65\u5165\u8001\u5e74\u6642\u624d\u53ef\u958b\u59cb\u4eab\u53d7\u751f\u6d3b\u3002FIRE \u7406\u8ca1\u6a21\u5f0f\u6b63\u662f\u70ba\u63d0\u65e9\u9000\u4f11\u800c\u8a2d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5176\u5728\u8ca1\u52d9\u898f\u5283\u4e0a\u66f4\u5f37\u8abf\u81ea\u4e3b\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u4e3b\u5f35\u5728 30 \u81f3 50 \u6b72\u4fbf\u9054\u6210\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u50b3\u7d71\u9000\u4f11\u6a21\u5f0f\uff1a\u5132\u84c4\u7387\u901a\u5e38\u7d04 10% \u81f3 15%\uff0c\u53ea\u4f9d\u8cf4\u8907\u5229\u6578\u5341\u5e74\u7684\u589e\u9577\u70ba\u6536\u76ca\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FIRE \u6a21\u5f0f\uff1a\u5132\u84c4\u7387\u5f80\u5f80\u9ad8\u9054 50% \u751a\u81f3 70%\u3002\u900f\u904e\u5927\u5e45\u524a\u6e1b\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u958b\u652f\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u6307\u6578\u5316\u898f\u5283\uff0c\u76ee\u6a19\u5728 10 \u81f3 15 \u5e74\u5167\u7d2f\u7a4d\u8db3\u5920\u8cc7\u7522\u3002\u9069\u5408\u8ffd\u6c42\u6975\u81f4\u81ea\u7531\u8207\u9ad8\u98a8\u96aa\u627f\u53d7\u529b\u7684\u4eba\uff1b\u50b3\u7d71\u8a08\u5283\u5247\u662f\u5927\u773e\u5316\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7c21\u55ae\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u50b3\u7d71\u9000\u4f11\u8a08\u5283\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u662f\u7a69\u5b9a\u4f46\u6642\u9593\u8f03\u9577\u7684\u8def\u5f91\uff0c\u800c \u5247\u8ffd\u6c42\u53e6\u4e00\u689d\u504f\u5411\u9ad8\u98a8\u96aa\u3001\u4f46\u8f03\u77ed\u6642\u9593\u9054\u6210\u8ca1\u52d9\u7368\u7acb\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u3002\u5c0d\u9ad8\u85aa\u4e00\u65cf\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u4ed6\u5011\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u652f\u51fa\uff0c\u9054\u6210\u63d0\u65e9\u9000\u4f11\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u66f4\u53ef\u5448\u500d\u6578\u589e\u9577\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6b64\u904b\u52d5\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u5c24\u5176\u53d7\u91d1\u878d\u3001\u79d1\u6280\u7b49\u9ad8\u85aa\u884c\u696d\u9752\u775e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4f60\u9069\u5408\u54ea\u4e00\u7a2e\uff1fFIRE \u7406\u8ca1\u63d0\u65e9\u9000\u4f11\u7684 4 \u5927\u985e\u578b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u5c0d\u751f\u6d3b\u8ffd\u6c42\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u4f60\u7406\u60f3\u4e2d\u9000\u4f11\u5f8c\u751f\u6d3b\u6a21\u5f0f\u53ca\u958b\u652f\u6c34\u5e73\uff0cFIRE \u7406\u8ca1\u65cf\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u4ee5\u4e0b 4 \u5927\u985e\u578b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lean FIRE\uff08\u6975\u7c21\u578b\uff09\uff1a<\/strong>\u904e\u8457\u6975\u7c21\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u5927\u5e45\u58d3\u4f4e\u5e74\u5ea6\u652f\u51fa\uff0c\u9069\u5408\u5c0d\u7269\u8cea\u8ffd\u6c42\u6975\u4f4e\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fat FIRE\uff08\u8c50\u76db\u578b\uff09\uff1a<\/strong>\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u9000\u4f11\u5f8c\u4ecd\u80fd\u7dad\u6301\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u751f\u6d3b\uff08\u5982\u51fa\u570b\u65c5\u904a\u3001\u9ad8\u7d1a\u9910\u98f2\uff09\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u8f03\u9ad8\u984d\u7684\u9000\u4f11\u8cc7\u91d1\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Barista Number\u300d\uff08FIRE \u6578\u5b57\uff09\uff0c\u5373\u9700\u8981\u7d2f\u7a4d\u591a\u5c11\u6d41\u52d5\u8cc7\u7522\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u9760\u88ab\u52d5\u6536\u5165\u5728\u665a\u5e74\u7dad\u751f\u3002\u4f60\u53ef\u7528\u9019\u689d\u7c21\u55ae\u7684 FIRE \u8ca1\u52d9\u81ea\u7531\u8a08\u7b97\u516c\u5f0f\u4f30\u7b97\u6240\u9700\u7684\u9000\u4f11\u8cc7\u91d1\u6c34\u5e73\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>25 \u00d7 \u5e74\u5ea6\u652f\u51fa \uff1d FIRE \u5b89\u5168\u63d0\u53d6\u7387\u539f\u5247<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8981\u78ba\u4fdd\u8cc7\u7522\u4e0d\u6703\u63d0\u65e9\u8017\u76e1\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u7bc0\u6d41\u9019\u7a2e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blue.com.hk\/blog\/hk\/%E7%90%86%E8%B2%A1%E8%B2%BC%E5%A3%AB\/5-tips-to-save-money-in-hong-kong\">\u5132\u9322\u65b9\u6cd5<\/a>\u5916\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u914d\u5408\u5132\u84c4\u8a08\u5283\u52a9\u4f60\u66f4\u5feb\u5b58\u5920\u9000\u4f11\u91d1\u3002\u516c\u5f0f\u4e2d\u4e58\u300c25 \u842c\u6e2f\u5143\u7684\u6d41\u52d5\u8cc7\u7522\u3002\u9000\u4f11\u5f8c\uff0c\u4f60\u6bcf\u5e74\u53ef\u5f9e\u4e2d\u53d6\u51fa 4% \u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u5373 HK$360,000\uff08\u6bcf\u6708 HK$30,000\uff09\u4f5c\u70ba\u751f\u6d3b\u8cbb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
