href=\"https:\/\/www.blue.com.hk\/blog\/hk\/living-paycheck-to-paycheck-how-to-stop\/\">\u6708\u5149\u65cf<\/a>\u300d\u6216\u662f\u5c0b\u6c42\u300c\u7a69\u9663\u300d\u53ca\u4f4e\u98a8\u96aa\u7684\u300c\u5132\u9322\u65cf\u300d\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u8f03\u597d\u7684\u7406\u8ca1\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c31\u662f\u6295\u4fdd\u5177\u6709<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blue.com.hk\/hk\/category\/savings-plans\">\u5132\u84c4<\/a>\u6210\u5206\u7684\u4fdd\u96aa\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u5e02\u9762\u4e0a\u773e\u591a\u4fdd\u96aa\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u6295\u4fdd\u524d\u9700\u4e86\u89e3\u6e05\u695a\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u8aa4\u58ae\u9677\u9631\uff01\u4eca\u5929<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blue.com.hk\/blog\/hk\/\">Blue\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5718\u968a<\/a>\u5c31\u540c\u5927\u5bb6\u5206\u4eab\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u7522\u54c1\u76844\u5927\u9677\u9631\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u751a\u9ebc\u662f\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u9867\u540d\u601d\u7fa9\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5177\u6709\u5132\u84c4\u6210\u5206\u7684\u4fdd\u96aa\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u5c6c\u76f8\u5c0d\u4fdd\u5b88\u578b\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blue.com.hk\/blog\/hk\/investment-financial-tools-for-beginners\/\">\u7406\u8ca1\u5de5\u5177<\/a>\ufeff\uff0c\u9069\u5408\u627f\u53d7\u98a8\u96aa\u80fd\u529b\u8f03\u4f4e\u3001\u5c0d\u6295\u8cc7\u8a8d\u8b58\u8f03\u5c11\uff0c\u53c8\u6216\u662f\u6c92\u6642\u9593\u7ba1\u7406\u8cc7\u7522\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u3002\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u9700\u8981\u5b9a\u671f\u6216\u4e00\u7b46\u904e\u5411\u4fdd\u96aa\u516c\u53f8\u7e73\u4ed8\u4fdd\u8cbb\uff0c\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\u5c31\u662f\u300c\u8feb\u4f60\u5132\u9322\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8207\u9280\u884c\u63a8\u51fa\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blue.com.hk\/blog\/hk\/how-much-life-insurance-coverage-do-i-need\/\">\u8eab\u6545\u8ce0\u511f<\/a>\u4fdd\u969c\u3002\u5728\u4fdd\u55ae\u671f\u6eff\u5f8c\uff0c\u8996\u4e4e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d6\u56de\u4fdd\u8b49\u91d1\u984d\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u4fdd\u55ae\u66f4\u63d0\u4f9b\u975e\u4fdd\u8b49\u56de\u5831\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u4fdd\u969c\u5e74\u671f\u6709\u9577\u6709\u77ed\uff0c\u77ed\u671f\u901a\u5e38\u70ba1\u81f35\u5e74\uff0c\u9577\u671f\u5247\u70ba5\u81f320\u5e74\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u7d42\u8eab\u3002\u77ed\u671f\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u7684\u56de\u672c\u671f\u8f03\u77ed\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u517c\u6709\u56fa\u5b9a\u4fdd\u8b49\u56de\u5831\uff0c\u9069\u5408\u64d4\u5fc3\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u592a\u56f0\u8eab\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u672c\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u5c31\u4e3b\u8981\u63a2\u8a0e\u77ed\u671f\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u5443\u4eba?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7db2\u4e0a\u7d93\u5e38\u6709\u4eba\u8aaa\u300c\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u5443\u4eba\u300d\uff0c\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\u5728\u9032\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u6295\u4fdd\u524d\uff0c\u90fd\u61c9\u7747\u6e05\u695a\u4fdd\u55ae\u689d\u6b3e\u53ca\u4e3b\u8981\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u4e2d\u4f0f\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u9677\u9631\u2460\uff1a\u4fdd\u8b49\u56de\u5831VS\u975e\u4fdd\u8b49\u56de\u5831<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u90e8\u5206\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u7522\u54c1\u5177\u6709\u4fdd\u8b49\u56de\u5831\u53ca\u975e\u4fdd\u8b49\u56de\u5831\u5169\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u5c31\u5b57\u9762\u770b\uff0c\u4fdd\u8b49\u56de\u5831\u5c31\u662f\u4fdd\u96aa\u516c\u53f8\u627f\u8afe\u5411\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u6d3e\u767c\u7684\u56de\u5831\uff0c\u975e\u4fdd\u8b49\u56de\u5831\u5247\u4ee5\u4fdd\u96aa\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u71df\u904b\u60c5\u6cc1\u800c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6d3e\u767c\u7684\u56de\u5831\uff0c\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u6700\u7d42\u6536\u53d6\u7684\u975e\u4fdd\u8b49\u56de\u5831\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u9ad8\u65bc\u6216\u4f4e\u65bc\u5229\u76ca\u8aaa\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u4e2d\u9810\u671f\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u56de\u5831\u3002\u6975\u7aef\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u975e\u4fdd\u8b49\u56de\u5831\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u662f\u96f6\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u6216\u53d7\u975e\u4fdd\u8b49\u56de\u5831\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u4e0b\uff0c\u800c\u672a\u5fc5\u80fd\u9054\u6210\u539f\u672c\u7684\u5132\u84c4\u76ee\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure ratio\uff09\u3002\u7576\u7136\u904e\u5f80\u8868\u73fe\u4e26\u4e0d\u80fd\u767e\u5206\u767e\u4ee3\u8868\u672a\u4f86\u56de\u5831\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u4ecd\u53ef\u6309\u6b64\u7c97\u7565\u8a55\u4f30\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u9577\u671f\u8868\u73fe\u53ca\u56de\u5831\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u53bb\u5224\u65b7\u4fdd\u96aa\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u975e\u4fdd\u8b49\u56de\u5831\u5047\u8a2d\u662f\u5426\u5408\u7406\u53ef\u4fe1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u77ed\u671f\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u8a08\u5283\u4e2d\uff0c\u82e5\u4e00\u6b21\u904e\u9810\u7e73\u4fdd\u8cbb\uff0c\u671f\u6eff\u4fdd\u8b49\u7684\u5167\u90e8\u56de\u5831\u7387\uff08Internal Rate of Return, IRR\uff09\u6703\u8f03\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f46\u540c\u6642\u4ea6\u6703\u9396\u6b7b\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u6d41\u52d5\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u8981\u81ea\u884c\u8861\u91cf\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u5982\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u6025\u9700\u6d41\u52d5\u8cc7\u91d1\u800c\u8981\u63d0\u53d6\u5132\u84c4\u91d1\u984d\uff08\u5373\u5df2\u9810\u7e73\u4fdd\u8cbb\uff09\uff0c\u4fdd\u55ae\u50f9\u503c\u5f88\u5927\u6a5f\u6703\u6703\u4f4e\u65bc\u5df2\u7e73\u4ed8\u7684\u7e3d\u4fdd\u8cbb\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u4e0d\u5c11\u4fdd\u55ae\u50f9\u503c\u53ef\u8f49\u70ba\u8cb8\u6b3e\uff0c\u4f46\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u4ea6\u8981\u4ed8\u51fa\u5f88\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\u5229\u606f\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u9677\u9631<\/strong>\u2462<strong>\uff1a\u5ef6\u8aa4\u7e73\u4ea4\u4fdd\u8cbb\u98a8\u96aa<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7e73\u4ed8\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u4fdd\u8cbb\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u4e00\u7b46\u904e\u6216\u5b9a\u671f\u7e73\u4ea4\uff0c\u4e14\u6709\u4e9b\u4fdd\u96aa\u7522\u54c1\u66f4\u6709\u898f\u5b9a\u7279\u5b9a\u4f9b\u6b3e\u984d\u3002\u82e5\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u5ef6\u9072\u7e73\u4ea4\u4fdd\u8cbb\u751a\u81f3\u65b7\u4f9b\uff0c\u800c\u51fa\u73fe\u9000\u4fdd\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u4fdd\u55ae\u6536\u76ca\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u9996\u5e74\u9000\u4fdd\u5c0d\u65bc\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u9020\u6210\u7684\u640d\u5931\u6700\u5927\uff0c\u9810\u8a08\u53ef\u9000\u56de\u7684\u6de8\u73fe\u91d1\u50f9\u503c\u53ef\u80fd\u9060\u5c11\u65bc\u5df2\u7e73\u4ed8\u7684\u4fdd\u8cbb\u7e3d\u984d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u61c9\u5148\u5145\u5206\u8003\u616e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5132\u84c4\u76ee\u6a19\u548c\u4f9b\u6b3e\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u624d\u53bb\u9078\u64c7\u5408\u9069\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u8a08\u5283\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u9677\u9631<\/strong>\u2463<strong>\uff1a\u9748\u6d3b\u6027\u98a8\u96aa<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u77ed\u671f\u5132\u84c4\u4fdd\u96aa\u8a08\u5283\u4e2d\uff0c\u82e5\u4e00\u6b21\u904e\u9810\u7e73\u4fdd\u8cbb\uff0c\u671f\u6eff\u4fdd\u8b49\u7684\u5167\u90e8\u56de\u5831\u7387\uff08Internal Rate of Return,
