href=\"https:\/\/www.blue.com.hk\/blog\/hk\/\">Blue\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5718\u968a<\/a>\u70ba\u4f60\u6574\u54083\u59272022\u5e74\u8077\u5834\u6587\u5316\u8da8\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5f48\u6027\u4e0a\u73ed\u6587\u5316<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7531Linkedln\u767c\u4f48\u7684\u300a2022\u5e74\u5168\u7403\u8077\u5834\u6587\u5316\u8da8\u52e2\u5831\u544a\u300b\u4e2d\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u7ae0\u5c31\u5df2\u7d93\u63d0\u5230\u300c\u5f48\u6027\u300d\uff08Flexibility\uff09\u57282022\u5e74\u8077\u5834\u6587\u5316\u4e2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u7576\u4e2d\u5f37\u8abf\u300c\u5f48\u6027\u5730\u9ede\u300d\uff08flexible location\uff09\u53ca\u300c\u5f48\u6027\u6642\u9593\u300d(flexible time)\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6587\u4e2d\u6240\u6307\u7684\u300c\u5f48\u6027\u300d\u5177\u9ad4\u5b89\u6392\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4efb\u7531\u54e1\u5de5\u81ea\u884c\u9078\u64c7\u4e0a\u73ed\u5730\u9ede\uff1a\u5728\u5bb6\u5de5\u4f5c\uff08work from home\uff09\u6216\u662f\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u5de5\u4f5c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4e0d\u5283\u4e00\u548c\u4e0d\u786c\u6027\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u4e0a\u4e0b\u73ed\u7684\u6642\u9593<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8a2d\u5b9a\u300c\u4e0b\u7dda\u6642\u9593\u300d\uff08offline
